Compare pathology spots (7 categories) vs bayespace k = 28 in a heatmap #50

We anticipate that it'll show that spatial clustering methods like BayesSpace can't find the pathology spots just using gene expression by itself. That's why you need the IF part. Yet, there is still some gene expression differences as we can find DE genes across the pathology groups.
