Hi Kristen, Happy to help - the only one I'm aware of in print is this paper out of Jonathan Weissman's lab: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32231336/ this was technically working with a pre-release version of the strategy and has a few 10x authors on the publication. I'm checking to see if anyone is aware of pre-prints using the assay, I'll pass this along if anything comes up. Best, Grace
