Determining average DAPI+ nuclei per spot #78

"...we observed XXX nuclei per spot in the ITC tissue. In addition, since spots are aligned in a honeycomb pattern with 100µm center-to-center distance between neighboring spots, there is 45µm of inter-spot space where transcriptomic data is not captured 45."
