Once #15 is done. Involves adapting some of Emily's eQTL code

Hm.... https://github.com/LieberInstitute/brainseq_phase2/blob/master/run_eqtls_hippo.R#L66-L70 uses Dx and https://github.com/LieberInstitute/brainseq_phase2/blob/master/run_eqtls_interaction.R#L70 uses both brain regions.
