Merge github history from snRNA-seq processing into this repo #112

Louise, looks you can do this with these commands https://stackoverflow.com/a/9781995. It's very similar to https://contributions.bioconductor.org/git-version-control.html#sync-existing-repositories

This is related to #86 and #88.

@Nick-Eagles dunno if you need to do something similar for commits at https://github.com/LieberInstitute/spython

If I were you, I'd probably rename first the directories under code/, processed-data/, raw-data/ on the snRNA-seq repo to avoid any name clash with directories under spatialDLPFC before merging the GitHub histories and moving files.

We did this for spython and will also publish https://github.com/LieberInstitute/DLPFC_snRNAseq also.
