If I were you, I'd probably rename first the directories under code/
, processed-data/
, raw-data/
on the snRNA-seq repo to avoid any name clash with directories under spatialDLPFC
before merging the GitHub histories and moving files.
We did this for spython
and will also publish https://github.com/LieberInstitute/DLPFC_snRNAseq also.
Louise, looks you can do this with these commands https://stackoverflow.com/a/9781995. It's very similar to https://contributions.bioconductor.org/git-version-control.html#sync-existing-repositories
This is related to #86 and #88.
