Yes I finished this for k = 9. Plots and results output are saved.

Ok! So we have to adapt https://github.com/LieberInstitute/spatialDLPFC/blob/main/code/analysis/11_gene_ontology/gene_ontology.R for to also run for k = 16, right Abby?

With that in mind, I'll re-assign this to @lahuuki then.

Domains seem to have similar GO terms...maybe we should make p.adjust cutoff stricter?
