snRNA Cell-cell Communication Results #132

A record document the location ofsnRNA CCC analysis result.

As of now, all the analysis are still preliminary, and currently @boyiguo1 saved them temporarily in his Cheaha drive /users/bguo/CCC_snRNA_archive. But after the analysis finalizes, the final results will be deposited to the snRNA or DLPFC drive.

@lcolladotor Also, all these analyses I did are currently in my fork of this repo. I'll do a PR once I am done, so the team can review and organize them the conventional way if I put things in the wrong place etc.
