Supp fig: spatial location of manually annotated tissue imperfections #138

Add a supplementary figure similar to this one below but with the tissue imperfections variable once we have it from #137. Likely with the spatial background, and only for the samples that do have these manually annotated tissue imperfections.

I removed myself from this one as this issue has evolved into whatever supplementary figures @prashanthi-ravichandran will present this Thursday.

Prashanti, you might want to keep this option in mind though, in case you think it would be good to show the spatial location of the tissue imperfections / artifacts across all samples.
