While your code will likely not rely on here and access to files locally, it'd be nice to have it somewhere on this repo.

We might need to update https://github.com/LieberInstitute/spatialDLPFC/blob/main/README.Rmd#L235 as well, to document @mgrantpeters's files if they follow a different structure. Like for example, if we take all the files Melissa has shared on OneDrive and put that folder here.
