Compute ARI against BayesSpace #44

Once #31 #41 #42 are all done, compute ARIs against BayesSpace in preparation for Figure 2.

We are guessing here that BayesSpace will be the better one from #46 using our published data. Then here, to avoid manually annotating, we can then compare the semi-supervised, graph based clustering on HARMONY, SpaGCN, etc against BayesSpace.
