Hi @kmaynard12 what do you think about these versions? One with and one without spots.
I added the spots in "black" although, well, if we have the "detected" image from SpaceRanger, then I could likely simply drop them (actually, I did that further below). Note that here I have to choose a color, black
in this case, which well, might not work for every image. Although well, I could add an option for the user to choose the spot border color.
Here's the versions without spots at all.
Something that affects both versions is that the one on the left is "wider" in the sense that cluster legend doesn't take space. I can remove it as shown below.
The user can show them superimposed which well, then shows the legend again.

For now the answers are no and no, so the current implementation resolves this.
Under cluster (static) add option to see image and clusters side by side. Same for gene (static).
