Timeline updates for dissections

HPC dissections have been performed for Br6432, Br6423, Br2743, Br2720 and Br3942. For all 5 of these brains, slides have been made for QC by H&E staining and RNAscope for the 4 subfield markers. Additionally, 5 100um sections were collected prior to (anterior to) the QC slides to be reserved for snRNAseq.

To minimize the potential for number transposition errors causing confusion, we added a letter to each BrNum, going in rainbow color order (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, pink, white, silver) like:

• Br6432R
• Br6423O
• Br2743Y
• Br2720G
• Br3942B
• and additional brains will be lettered I, V, P, W, S.

Remaining dissections need to be scheduled with Neuropath @stephaniecpage
