The authors should perform hub gene analysis for the pink and red modules and investigate whether the hub genes are further enriched for DE genes of interest.

[ ] PZ will ask MP/FS help to identify hub genes of the red/pink modules
[ ] LC will help test if the identified hub genes are enriched for DE genes; will test for each gene feature separately and then union of DE gene features

Here we can wait to get the list of hub genes. But then we can do similar things to #10 with this gene set.

We'll get from Peter 2 lists of hub genes (2 different modules) and make a plot similar to the one we are making from #10 (a 2 row by 4 column plot)
