[REQ] Move website name to `config.php` file #28

Remove the website_name variable in the translation files and move it to the config.php file.

This way we don't need to update the site name for all languages, use one for all. Currently, if I only translate the language I use, if someone changes their language they see the default name that comes with it.

I have built it this way for someone who needs the title to be different for each language. example: english: CS2 Server hebrew: CS2 שרת
