[REQ] More information in the Footer & Header #51

I believe it would be interesting to have some more information, Title of the website, link to click and open the website on GitHub too, something like the example below.

Header I also believe it would be interesting to add some customizable links/buttons, so we can configure links to the website, discord, steam group, etc.

The truth is that this would be great, since in my case I implemented the page on a subdomain, it would be good to be able to add more things, in my case I wanted to be able to add a button to return to the main page at least, by the way, very good job friend, thank you very much for this contribution to the community, if you are interested I can send you the Spanish translations that I did!
