So, as modified in the v3, there is no more achievements tree nor categories nodes in this tree. Instead of the tree, we will have a much simpler system (for users and for developers) with tags. It will visually be the same for users since the achievement page will evolve to display various general tags to help the user browse what he's most interested in.
I think tags is a great idea because achievements can be associated to different things but I still think we should have a category list on the achievements page so that people can browse by interest (instead of necessarily typing a tag in the search bar).
Sure, this is something we can manually do when we display the page. It's just implemented differently on the background, but it's transparent for the users.

A temporary solution has been implemented due to the high demand. Achievements are now ordered in categories/tags, for your convenience.
Each achievement should be associated to at least one category, then it will be possible to find / sort achievements depending on their category ...
