Edit new achievements #74

Hi,

After creating an Achievement, il would be nice to be able to edit it. In case of error/bug.

The creator should be able to modify the title, description and icon or remove the achievement (the edit could be just for a limited time, for example).

I just created my first achievement, and the Icon seems to be really bad. Don't know why, but an editing feature might be cool !

Same for me, too bad I cannot go back on it.

Our problem here is that the current naive implementation of the API doesn't know who created it. So currently, only the admins are able to edit it. Our next bit update will allow the achievements authors to edit them after. Sorry for the inconvenience!
