Fix the map CSS #43

@bl-nero thanks for taking a look at this. This looks good, but doesn't work with the Django server for some reason. I suspect that has something do with Webpack because I'm noticing that some of the other CSS doesn't load either. I'm going to merge this since it resolves #42 and works with npm start, but I'm going to try to see if I can resolve this new problem.
