Create user model

There needs to be a new model that stores all the users. As of now, there are going to be 3 types of users split into two categories:

Hospital Personnel:

• Admin
  • Can change inventory and interact with admission page.
• Staff
  • Can only interact with admission page

For a later time, we could consider whether personnel could be attached to more than one hospital, but not for right now.

Registered Users:

• All the users that have booked appointments through the site
• Can only see the details/modify their appointment by logging in through OTP on their email or phone
• More than one user should be able to be associated with a particular hospital slot.
• what's available to the user:
  • time slot
  • choose which doctor they're visiting
  • use a doctors model that takes that into account
  • Users application with a user model (possible doctor model)
  • timeslots, patient id, hospital id, doctor id
  • phone number plus unique-id could be used to identify a patient
