Updated requirements.txt which was breaking the build #83

The current build is breaking because the requirements.txt wasn't updated. This updates that.

~I think the error is that the PRs that were merged after #82 were merged undid the changes #82 did. I think the best solution here is to undo #82 and remake those changes.~

I don't think this is accurate. Not sure what the issue is still.

It builds successfully, but the test cases associated with the AppointmentSlot changes fail, for some reason. I think this PR is ready to be merged, but I've opened an issue addressing the AppointmentSlot test cases failing. Requesting review: @bl-nero.
