Confirmation of round results takes too long #29

With a 114 team tournament, the confirmation of round results took 15 minutes. 
This is because the view containing the results gets queried for every team and 
the running time for the view is 10 seconds. This can be resolved by flushing 
out the team_scores and speaker_scores table and reinserting data based on the 
results of a query.
