[API Issue] GitHub Actions Should Be Disabled Temporarily #1

As per the server HTTP response status: "The AniList API has been temporarily disabled due to severe stability issues. Please check the official AniList Discord for more information." GitHub action workflows should be disabled immediately in order to prevent constant GitHub error notifications. Once the API is stable again and the service restored, they can be enabled once more.
