What other content goes with slides? #1

I think we all can agree that notes should go with the slides. What other content should go with slides in the source?

@matthewmccullough @mojavelinux @graphitefriction

Also, feel free to pull in anyone else into the conversations that should be.

Slides need:

1-2 levels of headings
lists (numbered/bulleted)
graphics
source code
longer text could be ignored per default and put into "slide notes" when tagged as such

We're working on this as part of our contract with Neo4j. We've done some deep thinking and here's what we've come up with so far.

I think it's really important to try to categorize / classify each slide type or else the presentation just becomes a stream of consciousness that only makes sense to the presenter (if even that).
