Bug - rotating floodlight jumps around, and when upside down does not like to resize #69

Rotated a flood to point down like from an eave or roof, when it rotates it jumps around in orientations.

Also difficult to resize when upside down, it likes to jump back to it's original size.

Also all floods show a width in properties of .15 regardless of how wide they are.

Fixed in Beta 6. Not sure what you mean about the flood width property. This property has to do with the width of the beam at the bottom, not the width of the entire flood.
