usage change - on smaller selections have play cursor move instead of waveform #80

when working on smaller sections of the song, when LSS repeats it jumps the waveform making it hard to keep track of exactly where you were watching for a particular note or sound.

Instead of the scroll cursor being stuck only in the middle of the wave form length, have it run along the selection area when the selection fits on the screen.

Program does this now with the beginning of the song, it moves the play cursor until it hits the middle and then the waveform starts to scroll.

Beta 16+ added the ability for page scrolling as well as smooth scrolling.
