I'm getting the error stated in the title just as it says it will attempt to restart hyperion in the config addon. Kodi is installed on my raspberry pi3 through the dietpi setup. I saw your reply to a similar issuse: Could you send me the output of: ls -l /storage/.config ls -l /storage/hyperion/bin/ ls -l /storage/.kodi/addons/ ls -l /storage/.kodi/addons/plugin.program.hyperion.configurator-master/hyperion.config.new

I don't have a /storage at all, yet.. when i type sudo service hyperion status i get ● hyperion.service - Hyperion Systemd service Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/hyperion.service; enabled) Active: active (running) since Thu 2017-08-31 15:52:10 UTC; 30min ago Main PID: 2424 (hyperiond) CGroup: /system.slice/hyperion.service └─2424 /usr/bin/hyperiond /etc/hyperion/hyperion.config.json

So it is installed? Thanks

fresh install with OSMC and have the same error, but now it says OSError (2, 'No such file or directory') instead of IOError

I'm having the same issues but reversed lol what did you do to get rid of the IOError?

The OSError for me was the lightberry program needed to be updated and I updated the hyperion via ssh.

When I try to save my configuration via wizard I get the IOError 2 now.. But thr lights do work up to that point. my hyperion is still running (I can tell by my hyperion noble app)

Hey,No idea. That was 5 years ago. I gave up on my lightberry as I had too many different sources for the TV and switching between them / turning the lights off became a chore.    Good luck. On 3 Dec 2022 04:33, vicsvx @.***> wrote: I'm having the same issues but reversed lol what did you do to get rid of the IOError?
