Js publish both #12

I used to have js(BOTH) but the gradle build tools to publish the library stopped working when building for both. So I had to remove it. Hopefully, in future versions of the gradle plugins this will be resolved and I can restore support for IR that is in beta.

I'll add nodejs in the next build.

Could you please try to build the project with both targets and maybe fix issues? As I remember, I tried to build it and it was successful

Anyway, absence of IR target in my case would be blocker for this library using. I do not use legacy js backend anywhere
