1.2.0 not working for js

Hello - thank you for the nice lib which my team finds really useful 🤘🏻.

We've recently attempted to adopt it and I'm getting a weird error regarding js for 1.2.0. Please check below. If I simply change the version and use 1.1.2 everything works smoothly. The only js related changes that I could find were in this commit.

I couldn't find anything online about this...have this happened to you guys before?

This is our js setup
