Enhance Issue Page by adding the following features:

• [x] If the Issue has a Winner, display the Winner data (username, avatar)
• [x] If the Issue is already closed, don't display Claim Reward button
• [x] If the issue is already closed, indicate it
• [x] Round the corners of Issue Body

Glad to have you contributing. You're handle will appear in the readme, and your code will de deployed live with the release of v1.2 next week.

For future contributions, please avoid linting or other formatting changes of lines you on files/lines not necessary for your PR as we are trying to keep the formatting consistent (e.g. single quotes to double quotes). For this one I was able to revert the unnecessary changes (https://github.com/Lightning-Bounties/lb-next/pull/30/commits/2c843499a1caedf1eb72b8cffa2ef7775797f61c) but in the future we'll ask for a revision before it can be merged.
