[ ] Add another example of a historical or modern bounty system into the "Community Contributions" section at the bottom.
[ ] Explain the pros and cons and link to one success the bounty system has had.
[ ] Bonus (not required) - add a picture and/or full section on your addition.

- it doesn't need to match with screenshots of books or anything, just a link to an article, video, etc
PR message format which has this requirement
