As a student I want to be able to create a user account. #2

So my syllabi choices are saved throughout a semester (accomplishable with custom URLs)

So when a syllabus’ information is updated, so is my copy of it.

So I can view old syllabi from past courses I’ve taken.

In case a professor/university doesn’t want to post syllabi publicly, I can verify I am a student taking that course.

Making the account system for the faculty should make the user account trivial. See issue #3 for notes.
