also removed unused dependency and dev-dependency of light-macros from registry program (see: https://github.com/Lightprotocol/light-protocol/pull/1187/files#diff-64939d6d723792001ebd731785ebf1f783358d51a48dbbe36d6846c4fedb7e17)
v.1.0.0. for all crates except light-sdk and light-sdk-macros as these aren't used inside our programs, and are subject to breaking changes
