Sentinel Aynasha -- One shot, one kill quest in Darkshore #1042

Sentinel Aynasha does not offer the quest One shot, one kill and is permanently rooted/evades everything.

Make a GM ticket for this issue, it's not a DB issue.

This seems to happen quite frequently, either the quest never resets after someone completes it or it just never resets when someone starts it but it doesn't complete because ppl die/run away (tbh I think it's actually the first thing, almost no one does this quest).
