Hunter Gaining too much AP from agility

Currently on Northdale, Hunters are gaining 2AP per point of agility (2.2 with blessing of kings). According to Blizzard, in Classic Wow, Hunters, Rogues, and Warriors all gain 1 Ranged Attack Power from agility. https://classic.wowhead.com/guides/classic-wow-stats-and-attributes-overview
