Error related to patch update to 1.9 #110

I am clean Sholomance 6 times for do quest The lich, Ras. For finish last part of quest! First off all i need channeled on him book and that guy is turning in human! than i need kill it and loot humans head. i do it 5 times succesful? all items lootable? but i see head of ras and cant loot that head from budy! just cant loot it! Then i create ticket to GM and GM send me letter -Clean WDB folder and give quest at first. I am do this, clean WDB turn off all addons and same result!i am be in sholo sholo all day... Plz just add me this head in my bag i do this 6 times ! Head drop any time but i cant loot it.!!!! here is screenshot with loot https://imgur.com/a/ZMciw

I am need this dagger for AQ40, i am clean WDB, and try to do this quest many times PLZ HELP ME !

All my friends from guild do this quest until patch 1.9 and all its work ! (Game master say me write massage here! his name Nilvadar)

SO? what i am need to do ? i am do all chain and last quest bugged, can GM just add the head in my inventory ? i kill this guy 6 times, proof and finish quest - https://imgur.com/a/ZMciw

I completely completed the chain of several quests, after what, I went to Sholomance 6 times, turned the boss into a man with the help of a book, I see a head in loot, but when I click on it, it is not transferred to inventory! Prior to Patch 1.9, this chain was completely working. I'm not a Game Master or developer, I want to solve a problem or add this head n my inventory (character nama Vaysha)

Why do you keep running again? Either wait for it to be fixed or make an ingame ticket and ask a GM.

I am add 5 tickets and allanswers sounds like “go to forum and bug report, with love your gm (and name of gm)
