Libram of Divinity doesn't increase healing at all #1305

Unfortunately, Libram of Divinity (http://classicdb.ch/?item=23201) on ND doesn't increase Flash of Light at all (doesn't give straight +53 neither +22 (if it calculated as 53*0,43) ), is it possible to fix it ?

If you wear at least one healing item it gives you +53 to Flash of Light, if you don't wear any healing item it doesn't increase FoL. Don't know how exactly it should work, but its ok for me. Sorry about fake call
