Razuvious Understudy Not Healable #141

Currently on Darrowshire we are unable to cast healing spells on the Deathknight Understudy humanoids whilst under the influence of mind control.

As can be observed in the healers POV video here, the npcs were able to be healed almost to full whilst tanking Razuvious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsyKH4XRyOc (18 seconds in)

Just received confirmation that the Deathknight Understudy can be healed whilst mind controlled if the healers enable PVP flag. Is a developer able to confirm this bug?

I know some other mind controlled NPCs aren't directly healable, the one that comes to mind for me is the Shadowcasters near Mar'li in ZG. You can indirectly heal them with Chain heal bounces but that probably deserves an issue of it's own.
