c'thun encounter - Githubissues

Server: Lightbringer PVP

Current Behavior - C'thun encounter started, had no green eye beams, no dark glare in phase 1. Small eye tentacles spawned normally, small claw tentacles spawned normally. When the boss entered phase 2, he began at 45% HP, but all other fight mechanics were working as intended.

Expected Behavior - Green eye beams, dark glare, and full hp at the start of phase 2.
