Frostbite effect ending breaks Evocation

As title suggests, Frostbite, (Frost nova as well, not sure) effecting completing will cause evocation to cancel completely.

1. Frostbite target
2. They start evocation
3. Evocation ends prematurely

I can put a video of it happening if required. I don't recall this happening on vanilla.

I've experienced this also on 3 occassions!

Basically it's any movement imparing effect that affects any channeling spell or wand (shot).
