6 years ago I concur with this - lieutenants were removed from game with no documentation. We were always told AV would stay in pre patch state. This is unblizlike.

In the Alterac Valley, no lieutenants were in any alteractal. I was in several bgs from the start, but there were no lieutenants (for example, Mancuso, Spencer, Stronghoof, Rugba). I looked up at Alliance and Horde! I hope this bug will be fixed soon, because this is not a classic alteractal anymore.
