Curse of Recklessness and Demoralizing Shout do not stack, and have weird priority mechanics. #456

Curse of Recklessness and Demoralizing Shout debuffs do not stack. If both debuffs are active on a target, only one of the buffs will affect attack power, and the debuff applied most recently seems to take priority.

Proof from Lightbringer-realm, Using level 60 max rank spells of Demoralizing shout and Curse of Recklessness on a warrior. Demoralizing Shout was 0/5 untalented.

The general consensus, within tanking community/tanking guides at least, seems to be that Demoralizing shout and Curse of Recklessness should both stack. (ie, demoralizing shout canceling the +ap of CoR).

some mobs have 0 base AP, when that's the case, those kind of spells have no effect whatsoever. Also, have you tested in combat with a worn dagger? that may or may not be a visual bug

I tested attacking with a Worn Shortsword, 1-3 damage 1.9 speed weapon, with a naked 60 warrior against a naked 60 warrior. I got the following results for average white damage (not counting crits):

Without any debuffs: 55 dmg, 400 ap in character sheet. With Demoshout: 35 dmg, 253 ap With CoR: 65 dmg, 465 ap

Now the interesting part: Applying CoR first, then Demoshout: 35 dmg Apllying Demoshout first, then CoR: 65 dmg

So as you can see, it is not only a visual bug on the character sheet, but the debuff applied most recently takes priority affecting attack power.

I also had similar results, when testing Broodlord Lashlayer's Mortals Strike's scaling with those debuffs. The result was, that if both were active on the boss, only one of them had effect on the damage. This was done on a older version of the server's repack, but further confirms that this issue is not only on player characters, but also on NPC's.

Here is a link to another bug-report, that has proof, that Demo-Shout and CoR should stack. (Last three links in the report) https://github.com/FeenixServerProject/Archangel_2.4.3_Bugtracker/issues/3721

I've seen this same bug happening not just with armor debuffs.

On the following clip, I'm affected by a intellect debuff, I reapply arcane intellect and if you look at my mana pool after that, you can see that the debuff is clearly gone. https://clips.twitch.tv/DrabSpineyChowderCurseLit
