boat travel from auberdine to ruttheran as horde and ghost #482

Write your report here I am horde and traveling to teldrassil to get a pet. I planned to ghost hop through the portal.

What happened: I got to ruttheran village and got fairly close to the portal before dying. I released to the darkshore gy and ran back to auberdine and boarded the boat to rurttheran village as a ghost. As soon as the boat materialized near rurttheran village I became alive on the boat and was immediately killed. When I released to the gy I was also alive without clicking anything.

What I expect to happen: I ride the boat to my body and am asked to rezz and if I release to a gy I am a ghost. The automatic bringing to life on both issues is very strange. Im not sure why this is happening but it is not usual for all the years ive been playing.

Conclusion: It took me many hours to research and position my body near the portal and then all this weird stuff happened. Please help!! I want my pet

I've experienced the same glitch. It makes it trivially easy to get to teldrassil, just run there as a ghost from anywhere and you'll be rezzed when you load in teldrassil. You can completely bypass auberdine. But once there corpse hopping is impossible.
