Jaedenar Adepts do too much damage with Fire Blast #692

Issue: Jaedenar Adepts do too much damage with Fire Blast. It hits for ~550 dmg, as an instant cast, while their Fireball only does ~320, as a 3-second spell.

NPC ID = 7115

How it should work: Fire Blast should do much less damage, since it gets added on top of the end of a Fireball and, together, they take away 50-60% of an at-level player's health.
