Argent Defender broken proc chance #737

"1% chance when struck in combat"

Yet it almost never procs. I went through two entire clears of DM East lashers, and only got it to proc a single time....meanwhile, Force of Will, which is also a 1% chance, procs multiple times on every single pack.

What's going on? Yeah it's a 1% chance, but when I'm being smacked over and over by 8 mobs, it should proc fairly often, like Force of Will is doing.

the difference between this item and force of will is the internal cooldown of the two.

Argent Defender just isn't proccing at all, though. Just did another two clears, and again, it only procced once.

Does it have a 10 minute ICD or something?
