3 years ago Ohh that's a very cool use case if you're using it for a classroom! It is a very old project so I need to get back onto it, but I think it's a cool use case. So if I understood correctly, you want an option that will only show the color of the creator of the room?

So, the ear training activity I was thinking that uses a multi user piano is:
Every student (while in an ongoing videoconference class) enters the room and picks a name and a colour. The teacher could mute each student sound and also could “mute” the key colour when each student presses. Let’s say he could hide colour of each student and also his one.
Then, teacher plays one note. Everybody in the room ears it but don’t see it. Student 1 has to play the note Teacher played and add one. Now, everyone in the room listens the 2 notes student 1 played, but don’s see them in the keyboard. Student 2 has to play those 2 notes and add a third, and so on and so forth.
So, if we have the ability to hide notes colours but still get the sound, it opens opportunities for ear training activities…

Hello! I would like to give a suggestion: Please allow the option to set to not show the colored keys other pianists play. This way, I can set a room for my students were they need to ear to play the same note a collegue did. So, they could ear the sound, but not the actual note he played. Thank you!
