Description:
In our educational setting, we want a team member of an institute to be able to store a course. This so fellow team members can review on it and students can find it. At first, we will use a DB.

[x] Creating Api call to Walt.Id to issue.

[x] Call to collect data of the module
[x] Front-end input for public key student
[x] Front-end Feedback of the process
Acceptance criteria:
[x] The front-end is able to format the info in the right layout.
[x] The back-end is able to provide in the expectation of the front-end.
[x] The MC is created on attributes out of the table of the module.
[x] Also is it created for students known as registered in the table.
