Description: As a user, which has been/is related to a team, I want to see which MC's I have issued, so I have insight for the stuff I'm responsible for.

Acceptance criteria:

• [ ] The front-end is able to format the info in the right layout.
• [ ] The front-end follows Figma.
• [ ] It presents the latest 5, but provides a button to see more.
• [x] The back-end is able to provide in the expectation of the front-end.
• [x] The back end delivers a list of names, ordered by latest date of issuing.
