As user related to a team, I want a log so I know what I have issued for me as for the organization. #53

Description: Every user of the app, related to a team, should be able to see what modules an organization has to offer. The app should be enabled which if the team has relations to different team or is the only team within the organisation.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] The front-end is able to format the info in the right layout.
[x] The back-end is able to provide in the expectation of the front-end.

Quality criteria:

[ ] Good use of API
[ ] Follow DoD
