HTML Metadata not recognized. #96

The following is not recognized:

.. meta::
  :title: Meta title tag
  :description: Meta description tag.

It's similar to the :orphan: issue, although I thought that PR would have been able to handle cases such as this one, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

The error that comes up:

ValueError: Unknown node type meta at File "~/openwisp-docs/tutorials/mesh.rst", line None

I am still on version 1.8.0, hence the line number is not shown in the error message.
