Adding customization for different tiers of pokeloot.

For example, changing colors for different types or even turning some of them off completely. Later in the game, at least for me, tier 1 and tier 2 pokeloots are more of a garbage loot and it is really hard todistinguish tier 3 with so much clatter on screen.
